The Inside Volvo Facebook page is currently holding a competition to find Europe's greatest drive, voted for by fans. The winner will receive a brand new Volvo S60 R-Design.

Volvo's Greatest Drive competition is looking for the best journey, not just the best driving road, but the whole experience; amazing views, a 200 mile drive or 2 mile adrenaline fuelled thrill through a mountain range.

The competition will involve four sections. Between 9th June and 3rd July 2011, fans can submit their route using Google Maps on Volvo's Facebook page. Along with the route, entrants must explain why they think their drive should win.

Between 4th July and 17th july 2011, a top 10 'Greatest Drive' shortlist will be announced on Inside Volvo UK, which can then be viewed, commented on, liked and shared.

Between 18th to 31st July 2011, the three final entries will be announced. Each of the three final entries will have a short film made about their journey, which will be posted on Inside Volvo UK, where the final round of voting will take place. All voters will also be entered in a draw to win runners' up prizes, which include six pairs of tickets to the 'Ultimate Dynamic Driving Day' at Ultimate Car Control, where the team will coach the winners dynamic driving techniques.

On 1st August 2011, the short film with the highest number of votes will be named the winner, with the entrant being presented with a new Volvo S60 R-Design.
