Volkswagen Fleet Services has announced the new National Contract Hire and Leasing Manager as Iker Lazzari who will join the team in July 2011.
Iker is joining the Volkswagen Fleet Services, leaving the Supply and Planning department where he as worked for three years. His background means he has knowledge of brand and internal systems as well as previous fleet experience, due to working in Volkswagen Financial Services as Market Development Manager.
Iker will be responsible for creating and building relationships with contract hire and leasing companies as well as making sure Volkswagen provides high levels of service.
Also joining the fleet department is Mark Haddon, who started as Rental & Special Sales manager in May, and will bring knowledge of Planning and Supply have spent the last four years working as National Supply Manager. He joined the department this month as National Rental Manager and will work with rental organisations including Motability.
Head of Fleet Services Vince Kinner commented: "Following the departure last month of two members of the fleet team – Nick Berry and Ed Hummel – we are pleased to be back up to full strength with Iker and Mark both hitting the ground running thanks to valuable experience already gained within the Volkswagen brand. They both bring with them a high level of knowledge and also interpersonal skills which are essential in providing a fleet business which really delivers for our customers."
