Vauxhall have introduced a new trim level to the Astra and Insignia line up.
The ‘Tech Line’ trim has been designed for the company car driver by keeping P11D prices low and making standard specs high with low emissions.
For example the Vauxhall Insignia Tech Line offers substantial benefit-in-kind savings versus the comparable SE model. The 2.0CDTi 16v (160PS) ecoFLEX Start/Stop model would save you £1092 based on 40 per cent benefit-in-kind over three years. Similarly, the Astra Tech Line delivers significant benefit-in-kind savings.
Tech Line models come fairly well equipped with Satellite Navigation, DAB radio, Bluetooth, USB connectivity, 17” alloy wheels, cruise control and a chrome-effect side window surround all as standard. Customers can choose between either 5-door hatchback or sports tourer body styles on either model.
Private Buyers as well as Fleet Operators will like the Vauxhall Astra Tech Line which is available with a (£19,865) 1.7 (130PS) ecoFLEX start/stop diesel unit which produces 99g/km of CO2, which means -0 Vehicle Excise Duty (Car Tax) and is exempt from the London’s Congestion Charge.
Like the Astra – the Vauxhall Insignia Tech Line is also available with a selection of engines, both petrol and diesel. Impressively the 2.0 (160PS) ecoFLEX diesel is one of the best in its class, emitting just 115g/km of CO2.
