This is the Mokka, a new compact (4.2 m long) SUV from Vauxhall which is due to be launched at the end of 2012.
The Vauxhall Mokka is available with two petrol engines, a 1.6 petrol (115ps) engine or 1.4 petrol turbo (140ps/200Nm torque) and a diesel 1.7 CDTI turbo (130ps/300Nm torque). All engine benefit from Start/Stop technology designed to save fuel.
The 1.4 petrol turbo and 1.7 CDTI diesel can be specified with either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic gearbox.
And there is a choice between two wheel and four wheel drive.
Vauxhall Mokka equipment levels, options and specification look promosing with Advanced Adaptive Forward Lighting (AFL+) with Bi-Xenon Lighting that includes High Beam Assist (HBA). The new generation Vauxhall front camera system is also available, giving the driver access to a number of functions including Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Forward Collision Alert (FCA) and second generation Traffic Sign Recognition.
