The Suzuki SX4

Suzuki GB PLC is pleased to start 2010 with some great news on low finance packages and the best deal to date on a new Suzuki Alto; now available on a PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) scheme for just £95 per month. Also, to help new car buyers, the zero per cent finance offers held throughout last year on the Suzuki Swift (except Sport), Suzuki SX4 and Suzuki Grand Vitara models will continue until the end of March 2010; enabling customers to take advantage of an easier and flexible way to buy a new car for the new year.

The new Suzuki Alto Drive Plan package enables a non scrappage customer to drive away in a Suzuki Alto SZ2, payable over three years at 5.2% APR and with a deposit of £1,879. PCP offers customers an ideal way to purchase a new car with low monthly payments and the option to pay a final installment to keep the car at the end of the term or return it as a potential deposit against another new model.

Customers can add air conditioning by moving up the range to an SZ3 grade for £105 per month or top of the range SZ4 which includes alloy wheels, curtain airbags and ESP for just £120 per month.

Moving up the range; The Suzuki Swift remains very popular amongst new car buyers; helped by its strong residual values, and the revised line up gives customers a wider choice whilst still remaining affordable; prices start from £9,190.

The Suzuki Swift has been on sale since mid 2005 with UK sales of 54,000 and global production is now way past the 1 million units marker.

The new Suzuki Swift grades for 2010 are SZ2, SZ3 and SZ4 with engine choices of 1.3-litre petrol and 1.3-litre DDiS; the 1.5-litre petrol model continues to be available with automatic transmission only. The SZ4 model includes automatic air conditioning and alloy wheels as standard.

As an example of the zero per cent campaign for the Suzuki Swift; an SZ2 3 door is available for a deposit of £2,757 followed by 24 monthly payments of £268 per month; or, if a PCP is the preferred route, just £1,838 deposit and £125 per month, payable over three years.

2010 Model Suzuki SX4

The popular Suzuki SX4 Sport X-Over is styled to look good in any setting and receives some minor styling refreshments for 2010 including a redesigned front bumper, grille, new design alloy wheels as well as upgrades to the interior including a new design dashboard and instruments with driver information display.

The Suzuki SX4 fuses the dynamism of SUVs with the elegance of passenger cars and gives poise and presence beyond the model's compact size. The latest model is available with a new Euro 5 compliant 1.6-litre petrol engine which offers 10 per cent more power; 10 per cent lower fuel consumption and 13 per cent fewer emissions, now just 143g/km for the manual transmission model.

Three model grades are available: SZ3; SZ4 and, from April, SZ5 which is available for the 4x4 petrol model. All models have a bold SUV appearance with wheel arch extensions, side under protection mouldings and front and rear skid plates.

Zero per cent finance is available on the latest model Suzuki SX4 with an initial deposit of 50 per cent required, payable over two years.
