Suzuki GB PLC is pleased to announce an innovative new Rear Camera Display (RCD) mirror system available as an accessory for the Suzuki Grand Vitara three and five door models. The system utilises a rear bumper mounted wide-angle miniature camera that provides additional visibility as soon as reverse gear is selected, helping to reduce the risk of expensive parking damage and keep a watchful eye on the safety of children or pets who may be behind the car.
The camera is fitted just above the number plate and transmits a high resolution image to a 3.5-inch screen on the electro-chromatic surface of the rear view mirror. The new mirror also has an auto dimming facility to greatly reduce headlamp dazzle and is available now at £459 including VAT plus fitting.
For Suzuki Grand Vitara SZ4 and SZ5 models, a hidden interface module is available for i-pods for just £119 that enables your favourite downloads to be selected via the steering wheel mounted or in-dash audio controls. The dealer fit system is installed directly to the rear of the audio system, keeping the vehicle tidy and safer on the move without any stray wires in the car.
The high specification Suzuki Grand VitaraSZ4 models are already equipped with a six speaker (seven on Suzuki Grand Vitara SZ5) premium audio system and sound quality can now be even further enhanced with the fitment of four 250 watt tri-axial Clarion door speakers.
The speakers are custom fit direct replacements and cost £159 including VAT plus fitting. A speaker upgrade for the three door version is also available at just £99 including VAT.
Owners of Suzuki Grand Vitara five-door models can now get some stylish and durable extra body protection by fitting a set of charcoal grey wheel arch trims together with a pair of fully load bearing aluminium side steps. The kit is available at £499 including VAT plus dealer fitting. Also on offer ready for the winter is a front and rear skid plate set finished in anthracite grey and available for £259 including VAT.
