Suzuki Customer Satisafaction Survey Price Draw Winner Announced

Suzuki has announced the winner of the Suzuki Customer Satisfaction Survey price draw, held as part of the Suzuki "My CSI" programme.

Mrs Sylvia Griffiths was presented with the prize at Jenkins Suzuki, and included an Apple iPod Touch, an Apple iPod Nano, a Nintendo Wii, a Nintendo DS, a Fuji camera, a Panasonic camcorder and a PURE DAB radio. Commenting on winning, Mrs Griffiths said: "When I received the letter to say I'd won the Suzuki Prize Package I was thrilled. I never expected to win when I filled out the survey; I'm delighted to win such a fantastic prize."

The "My CSI" programme was developed by Suzuki to build brand loyalty, enable quick responses to sales and servicing issues as well as to monitor customer's satisfaction with the 147 strong dealer network's sales and servicing performance.

"My CSI" was designed to make it easier for give feedback on their experience and for dealers to respond quickly to important issues raised.

All customers were invited to answer an online questionnaire with ten appraisal questions to rate the sales or service experience they received. Customers who were unhappy with their experience had the opportunity to provide detailed feedback. Otherwise, happy customers were provided with an easy and quick questionnaire, in order to improve response rates.

Commenting on the programme, Dale Wyatt, Senior Director for Sales and Marketing said: "We believe 'My CSI' helps us engage closely with our customers and to understand and respond more effectively to any problems they might encounter during their experience with us. It is a user-friendly, cost-effective tool that helps us deliver the highest level of service all-round by identifying and implementing best practice solutions."
