Holdcroft Subaru of Newcastle-under-Lyme is the regional winner of its prestigious 'subaru Used Car Dealer of the Year Award

Subaru (UK) Limited has announced Holdcroft Subaru of Brunswick Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme as the regional winner of its prestigious ‘Subaru Used Car Dealer of the Year Award’.

Understanding that the used car customer is just as important as a new car purchaser, the competition – which is held annually within Subaru’s network of over 90 ‘Approved’ dealers – is getting tougher, with a stringent marking system focused on the dealer’s adherence to the programme standards, the quality of its used car display and the professionalism of service given to the used car customer.

All vehicles advertised and subsequently sold as a ‘Proven’ vehicle must have been prepared to the same exacting standards for which Subaru dealers are renowned, including a 102 pre-check inspection and a full 12-month ’Approved’ warranty that includes roadside assistance.

As a reward for his outstanding contribution, Dave Brennan, Dealer Principal of Holdcroft Subaru will be flown to New York for a fully-expensed weekend.

Tom Vause, Used Car Manager, Subaru (UK) Limited, said: “Competition throughout the Subaru dealer network was extremely high with all Subaru dealers scoring highly in the categories.  This gives customers absolute confidence in any used car purchased from a Subaru Approved dealer but Holdcroft Subaru has proved to be the best of the rest.”
