Subaru have decided to replace the ETCo (‘Everything Taken Care of’) package which was available on all new car purchases, with a 5 year / 100,000 mile warranty instead of a 3 year warranty. This will apply to all new cars from 1st January 2013, but sadly excludes the WRX STi.
Subaru’s 12 year anti-corrosion warranty remains unchanged. Plus any owner who has purchased a new Subaru before 31st December 2012 will still be entitled to the benefits of the ETCo programme.
