SsangYong Tivoli Diesel Prices and Specifications (MY-2016)

Following on from the introduction of the SsangYong Tivoli petrol editions you can now specify a diesel engine.

Prices start at £14,200 for the Tivoli SE diesel with manual transmission (petrol models start at £12,950); power comes from a 1.6-litre Euro 6 compliant diesel engine outputting 115ps between 3,400 - 4,000 rpm. With 300Nm of torque on tap between 1,500 and 2,500 rpm.

The diesel engine is available with either a six speed manual gearbox or six speed automatic transmission. There is the option of four wheel drive under SsangYong’s My Tivoli personalisation programme.

Co2 emission levels are recorded at 113 g/km for the manual two wheel drive model which compares favourably to the petrol model which records 149 g/km. Official fuel consumption figures are 65.7 mpg for the manual and 51.4 mpg for the automatic.

There is a choice of three trim levels for the Tivoli Diesel, ‘SE’, ‘EX’ and ‘ELX’.

The Tivoli SE comes with the choice of 1.6-litre petrol or diesel engines, the interior is finished in grey cloth trim and there are 16” alloy wheels , cruise control, a stop/go system (petrol), smart steering (normal, comfort and sport modes), an RDS/Bluetooth radio and seven airbags.

Next in the line-up is the Tivoli EX which adds the option of a six speed automatic transmission, and a four wheel drive manual option for the diesel. The interior features grey or beige leather upholstery. There is an upgrade over the SE to 18” alloy Spiral wheels, dual zone climate control, 7” touch screen smart audio system with rear view camera, heated front seats, front fog lights and a luggage load cover.

The top of the range, Tivoli ELX is available with petrol, diesel, manual and automatic transmission, front or four wheel drive. The spec includes Diamond cut alloy wheels, a smart instrument cluster, smart keyless starting, front & rear parking sensors, privacy glass, rear spoiler, automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers, full TomTom navigation system with 7” touch screen, rear view camera, and the option of the Styling pack and Red leather pack with My Tivoli programme.
