The revised SsangYong Korando to was shown today at the Geneva International Motor Show.
Enhancements include a new 2.0 litre 149ps eco diesel engine brings CO2 emissions down to 147g/km (2WD, manual) and 157g/km (AWD, manual), and is expected to go on sale in the UK from mid 2012. The new 2.0 litre petrol engine produces CO2 emissions of 175g/km (2WD, manual) and 192g/km (AWD, manual).
The interior now features carbon grain pattern trim where a gloss finish has been applied to the switchgear to bring a more luxurious feel to the interior, while other specification enhancements include an improved LED illuminated instrument clusterspecification
SsangYong’s engineering team has applied new features to improve Korando’s NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) qualities. Revised gearing along with a new engine casing helps reduce diesel engine noise, while an enhanced transmission control system improves the overall driving experience.
