Skoda UK has appointed the Arnold Clark Group to two locations in Scotland, adding to the brand's strength north of the border. The Arnold Clark Edinburgh Skoda dealership is in a new facility on Seafield Road East that will commence trading on 21st January 2011. In Inverness, Arnold Clark has recently acquired Delmore Cars, on Carsegate Road.
The site in Edinburgh is a state of-the-art facility, light-filled with sea views and up-to-date technologies that put the customer buying experience first, in keeping with Skoda's emphasis on outstanding customer service.
In Inverness, already open for business, the Skoda dealership includes over 100 new, nearly new and used vehicles available on site and full service facilities.
Both sites offer one-stop shopping, from new and used car sales to service, insurance, vehicle rental and body shop repairs.
Sir Arnold Clark is thrilled to join Skoda. "I am thrilled to be able to offer our customers the fantastic Skoda range. With the wide selection of awards attributed to the brand, I am proud to have Skoda as part of the Arnold Clark Group."
Robert Hazelwood, Skoda UK Director, is also pleased. "I am delighted to welcome the Arnold Clark Group to the Skoda family. We are expanding our reach throughout the UK and Scotland is an important area for our growth. It is an exciting time for the Skoda brand, as we have just completed a record year in both sales and market share in 2010 and adding retailers like Arnold Clark to our network is a fantastic addition."
