SEAT is joining forces with Channel 4 in order to give one viewer the opportunity to win a new SEAT ibiza.
The bespoke On Track Music SEAT Ibiza SC Sportrider will be given away in a Channel 4 competition running throughout the eight weeks of the On Track with SEAT series.
Over £4000 of audio technology from Kenwood is fitted to the unique SEAT Ibiza, joining leather seats, climate control and 17 inch alloy wheels.
The second series of On Track with SEAT music will feature chart-topping artists recording a small number of their songs as well as a cover version straight to limited edition vinyl EP.
Artists include Example, The Manic Street Preachers, Friendly Fires and the Kaiser Chiefs.
The SEAT Ibiza competition runs in 'bumper' ads that appear before and after each advert break on Channel 4. SEAT has collaborated with Kenwood to create the prize car featuring a 2800 watt audio system.
The system is controlled by the Kenwood DNX5260BT DVD/USB-Receiver running through a 6.1-inch full colour touch-screen. It offers full iPod connectivity allowing access to an entire MP3 music library on the move and at the touch of a button.
An integrated Parrot Bluetooth module is included to allow for mobile phone calls. Also featuring is a Garmin satellite navigation system.
The front door cards and boot area have been redesigned to house two pairs of Kenwood speakers and a 12-inch subwoofer. In the boot is a 22-inch TV screen.
The 1.4-litre 85 PS Ibiza SC Sportrider – available at £12,415 RRP – has a top speed of 110 mph and a 0-62 mph in 11.8 seconds. The SEAT Ibiza can achieve 47.9 mpg on the combined cycle.
Alastair Porter, Experiential Marketing Manager at SEAT UK, said: "This fabulous special edition Ibiza really is a one-off collector’s item. The Kenwood Electronics' in-car entertainment has to be seen and heard to be believed.
"The lucky winner of this On Track with SEAT Channel 4 competition will be getting their hands on a great looking, and great sounding, new car!"
