Renault To Go, the used car purchase scheme run direct by Renault UK on the internet – www.renaulttogo.co.uk – has been expanded to include a telephone customer support centre for the first time. This can not only assist the customer search for a used Renault, which is normally done on the internet site, but also has access to cars which are still being used or are being prepared for sale and can reserve them on behalf of a customer, the same as you would order your new car for delivery in the future.Five star safety at a lower price
Renault To Go is also a great way of buying one of the safest cars on the road without having to pay the latest new price. The first ever car to achieve the maximum five star score in the Euro NCAP crash tests was the Laguna in 2001and three years on it is still in an exclusive group of cars that have scored so highly.
Most other car companies have no more than one or two five star cars in their range – if any in a lot of cases – yet Renault now have an astonishing six models ranging from the latest Mégane, Scenic, Vel Satis, and Espace to the latest model to gain five stars, the Mégane Coupe-Cabriolet.
So if you thought you couldn’t afford a new five star car then a Renault To Go car direct from the manufacturer and less than 18 months old with a guaranteed history and mileage could be the safest way to protect yourself and your family.
The revised website design includes all details of Euro NCAP and the crash test ratings of Renault cars being sold by Renault To Go.Hassle-free purchase with new Customer Support Centre
Launched in April 1999, Renault To Go went online in August 2000 enabling people to search for a used car from the comfort of their own home, searching Renault UK’s central stock and then have it delivered to their local dealer for test drive. From selling around 2,500 cars five years ago, Renault To Go is expected to sell around 18,000 cars this year.
