The Renault Zoe celebrated its first birthday at the Chteau de Versailles.
It was named ‘best supermini’ and ‘best electric vehicle’ by Euro NCAP and has already sold 10,000 units.
Renault decided that ZOE drivers were the best spokes people for the vehicle so they invited them to come and talk about their car and 98% of owners were satisfied with their Zoe and 97% would recommend it.
Alongside driving pleasure, customers appreciate the comfort offered by the ZOE (no noise, no vibrations and smooth acceleration with no gear shifts).
For new buyers in 2014 Renault is launching “ZOE Access”, a new battery rental service, targeting drivers with low mileage.
The ZOE is currently available for £13,995 on-the-road or by utilising Renault's PCP plans you can drive a ZOE for £189 per month with a deposit of just £1,720, including a £1,000 customer deposit contribution.
Plus you gain the Renault 4+ package, worth over £1,000, which includes 4 years/100,000 miles warranty, roadside assistance and routine servicing (4 years/48,000 miles).
Renault also includes a 7kW single Wallbox, which charges ZOE in three to four hours, for free at domestic properties in the UK.
Low mileage drivers can now hire the battery for £45 per month ( this is in addition to any finance deals and is on top of the purchase price), if you do less than 3000 miles.
