Porsche have confirmed the name of its new SUV – it will be called the Porsche Macan, name which we are sure will have a mixed response.
The name Macan is derived from the Indonesian word for tiger and combines suppleness, power, fascination and dynamics – core characteristics of this new all-terrain car
The Porsche Macan SUV is to start production in 2013 and will be built at Porsche’s factory in Leipzig, Germany.
