With prices from as little as £18,300, all Peugeot 307 CCs boast an outstanding level of standard equipment and all feature Peugeot’s highly acclaimed 2.0-litre petrol engine producing either 138 bhp or the new 180 bhp derivative first seen earlier this year in the sporty 206 GTi 180.
307 CC – An elegant 4-seater coupé cabriolet …… with a magic roof …
With the 307 CC, Peugeot offers four people the chance to share in the pleasure of driving in a dynamic and distinguished coupé, which – at the touch of a button – can be transformed into an authentic and elegant cabriolet.
With the roof either up or down, the luxurious passenger compartment instils a powerful sense of robustness, protection and – importantly – space for four adults.
Hidden from view is a boot with a capacity of 350 dm3 for the coupé and 204 dm3 for the cabriolet. The boot accommodates a spare wheel identical in size to the standard fit, housed in a well under the floor as on the 307 hatchback. A screen separates the space reserved for luggage from that reserved for the folded roof in the cabriolet configuration.
The only procedure necessary to convert from sleek coupé to smart convertible is the pressing of a centrally located control switch. The complete cycle to change from coupé to cabriolet or vice versa lasts no longer than 25 seconds (including the optional raising of windows) and can even be carried out while driving at speeds of up to 10 km/h (6 mph).
