Available from the spring of 2015 the new Nissan Pulsar will be available with a new turbocharged petrol engine - the 190PS 1.6 DIG-T.
The new 1.6-litre turbocharged Pulsar engine develops 190PS at 5,600prm with 240Nm of torque on tap between 1,600 and 5,200 rpm. On the combined cycle according to Nissan's figures you can achieve 47 mpg with emissions of 138 g/km (although these figures have to be officially confirmed). The DIG-T 190 engine is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and is Euro-6 compliant.
The DIG-T 190 engine will be available on the Acenta and Tekna editions of the Pulsar which will come with bespoke alloy wheels (17-inch as standard on Acenta and 18-inch for Tekna) finished in a diamond cut two-tone black and silver. There will be a revised headlamp design with a black finish to the bezel contrasting with the chrome finished projector. The chrome extends to the exhaust finisher.
The interior of DIG-T 190 powered models will feature alloy pedals, a unique trim finisher across the dashboard, a three-spoke steering wheel with white stitching and the Tekna will feature leather seats.
