David Best Mitsubishi Motors as UK General Manager of Service.
David Best has joined Mitsubishi Motors in the UK as a General Manager. 47 year old Best will take responsibility for the day to day management of the Customer Services, Technical Services and Warranty departments within the company.
David joins Mitsubishi with over 25 years motor industry experience. He joined The Ford Motor Company in 1977 and has held several management roles in that time. These included Export Sales Manager, Product Manager, Senior Business Manager, Field Programmes Co-ordinator and Customer Service Manager.
From Ford Mr Best joined the joint venture company Percepta, which was formed to handle all customer contacts for all Ford brands worldwide With his vast frontline experience and knowledge of the customerservice sector of the Motor Industry, David is looking forward to using this expertise with Mitsubishi customers.
He said, "The Mitsubishi product range and reputation is fantastic. We are expanding dealer network and will therefore be able to offer more service and sales and facilities to our customer throughout the UK. With increasing sales of new and used vehicles and exciting new models on their way I am delighted to have joined Mitsubishi".
David is married with 4 children and lives in Banbury. His interests include Skiing, Rowing and Rugby.
