Mitsubishi has introduced a new online service where customers can virtually specify a bespoke vehicle. The Mitsubishi i-MiEV is the first vehicle to be available for personalisation.
The Mitsubishi i-MiEV, available from 13 Mitsubishi EV Sales Centres across the UK, will be offered with a range of bespoke accessories to fit the car with the personality of the owner - personalisation options include roof and wing mirror graphics, enhanced audio/mp3 options, leather interiors and environmentally friendly accessories.
The programme will offer products that haven't previously been available from Mitsubishi, including partial body wraps, custom leather and Alston (an innovative new techno-suede) trimmed interiors, and products which suggest and reflect the green credentials of the Mitsubishi i-MiEV such as plant resin car mats.
The customer can choose from a selection of designs which will be displayed on the Mitsubishi i-MiEV after selecting one of the four different body colours - Cool Silver, Ocean Blue, Frost White and Amethyst Black.
Extensive combinations of interior and exterior styles are offered to the customer as well as two pre-configured option packs - Tamashii, which focuses on the interior, and Sugata which will apply to the exterior.
