DSQUARED² have unveiled their Life Ball MINI 2011 in Vienna. The MINI Cooper S was refashioned to be armed for adventures of any kind. Features include a front guard, rally headlamps, tinted side windows with grilles and the spare tyre on the tailgate.
The MINI Cooper S has had its chassis raised and deep tread all terrain tyres suggest a sense of adventure. On the inside, there is a compass with floormats constructed of aluminium sheeting, to protect against dirt. A DSQUARED² maple leaf features on the leather head restraints and side doors. Dean and Dan of DSQUARED² commented "Our MINI 'Red Mudder' is 100 per cent DSQUARED²."
MINI is supporting Europe's biggest AIDS charity event for the 11th time. At each Life Ball , a one off MINI is created with proceeds supporting project which combat HIV/AIDS. Since 2001, over half a million euros has been generated by the Life Ball MINI models on behalf of Aids Life. Gery Keszler, the founder and organiser of the Life Ball, is impressed by this longstanding collaboration: "MINI has been a partner of the Life Ball for 11 years and each year it demonstrates anew its creativity, enthusiasm and passion for this good cause. This year's Life Ball MINI designed by DSQUARED² provides further persuasive evidence of this."
