Mazda has appointed David Wilson-Green to the role of Aftersales Director, a part of a series of senior management changes at Mazda Motors UK. David joined Mazda in 2002, and most recently was National Sales Manager.
"David brings an excellent and deep understanding of our network partners to this role and will further develop our strategies to optimise this key aspect of our business. He is well known to Mazda dealer staff and, coupled with his experience as UK Brand Manager, will lead the department to great things," comments Jeremy Thomson, Managing Director, Mazda UK.
Before joining Mazda, Wilson-Green started his career at Massey Ferguson, then progressed on to Kia UK, the MCL Group (Mazda distributor pre-dating MMUK), and as marketing manager at JCB.
David's hobbies and leisure time activities include distance cycling, walking his Border Collie and spending time with his family. He is aged 44, he is married and has twin six year old boys.
The appointment of Wilson-Green follows the promotion of the previous Aftersales Director Steve Jellis to the role of Fleet and Remarketing Director.
