For the eleventh year in a row, Lexus has achieved the highest rank in the J.D Power and Associates customer satisfaction study, announced by What Car, having canvassed 16,840 owners of vehicles with an average age of two years.
Alongside the award, the Lexus IS also won the highest overall score, for the third time. The Lexus RX SUV was ranked third.
