New Land Rover Freelander Maasai And Maasai Mara Limited Editions Go On Sale

The New Freelander Maasai Mara Limited Edition

Two new Freelander Limited Editions (LEs) go on sale this weekend at Land Rover dealerships across the UK. The well specified Freelander Maasai and Maasai Mara LEs are available from Sunday 1 June and start at £14,995 for the Maasai. The brightly coloured Rutland Red Maasai is based on the 'S' model Freelander which is powered by either a 1.8-litre 16-valve petrol engine (manual) or 2.0-litre Td4 turbo-diesel (manual), and comes complete with tinted glass-removable targa roof panels and sporty 15" 'Adventurer' alloy wheels.

The Maasai Mara, which costs £15,995, is available in the range of Freelander metallic colours and comes complete with air-conditioning and a CD player in addition to the Maasai specification. Commenting on the introduction of the new LEs, Land Rover UK managing director Phil Popham, said: "At just £14,995, the Maasai LE offers an excellent package and makes that first step into the Land Rover brand even more appealing. The Maasai Mara offers more refinement and very good value at £15,995 and the action starts this Sunday at Land Rover dealerships across the country."

These new additions broaden the already comprehensive Freelander range, and priced from £14,995 to £26,595, offer a very attractive and affordable introduction to premium off-road driving.
