Lamborghini has officially opened a new dealership in Switzerland, Lamborghinni Lugano. The President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A Stephan Winkelmann, attended the ceremony.
The new dealer showroom is located in Cadenazzo near Lugano and is run by the dealer Tarcisio Pasta SA, which was founded in 1968 and has more than 40 years experience in the auotmotive sector.
The Lamborghini Gallardo and new Aventador LP 700-4 introduced last March are on display.
The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 features a carbon fibre monocoque, completely new 700 HP V12 engine, pushrod suspension based on Formula 1 racing technology, newly designed gearbox, 0-62mph in 2.9 seconds and a maximum speed of 350Km/h.
Stephan Winkelmann said: "Opening Lamborghini Lugano is yet another step in our plan for strengthening the Lamborghini sales network in Switzerland and around the world. For us Switzerland is a strategic market as it is within our ten most important worldwide. We know Tarcisio Pasta SA will represent the excellence and prestige of the Raging Bull brand in Lugano".
The new Lamborghini Lugano showbroom brings the sales and service loactions to five in Switzerland. Lamborghini is also based in Geneva, Zurich, St. Gallen and Porrentruy. In total, there are 120 Lamborghini dealerships across the world established in 45 countries.
