The New Top of The Range Kia cee'd 4 Model

Kia has added a new top of the range '4' model for the Kia cee'd and cee'd SW ranges from 1st October 2011.

The Kia cee'd and cee'd SW '4' models both use the 1.6 litre CRDi turbodiesel engine, producing 126bhp at 4000rpm and 188lb/ft torque from 1900 to 2750rpm. As standard, a six speed manual transmission is included, with a 4 speed automatic transmission optionally available for the Kia cee'd SW '4'.

Both manual Kia cee'd '4' models have a top speed of 122mph and a 0-60mph time of 10.6 seconds for the hatchback and 10.8 seconds for the estate. CO2 emissions for the Kia cee'd are 119g/km,, meaning VED band 'C' and the combined fuel consumption figure is 62.8mpg.

The exterior of the Kia cee'd '4' models is enhanced for a more sporty look, and includes 17 inch alloy wheels, black bezel headlights and rear window privacy glass. Side indicator repeaters are integrated into the door mirrors.

The interior features full black leather upholstery, combined with front heated seats and a leather trimmed steering wheel and gear knob. Cruise control has been added, alongside wheel mounted controls, electrically operated heated and folding door mirrors.

The Kia cee'd '4' models boast a seven inch colour touch screen system acting as the infotainment hub, controlling a colour satellite navigation system, radio, CD player, iPod connectivity and Bluetooth hands-free systems. A parking camera system delivers a colour view of obstacles to the rear of the vehicle. The Kia cee'd SW also includes audible reverse parking sensors.

The cee'd '4' and cee'd SW '4' are available to order now and priced at £19,195 and £20,345 respectively on-the-road. The automatic gearbox option on the cee'd SW is priced at £1,100 whilst the sporty-looking pro_cee'd '4' is also available at £18,995 on-the-road.
