The new 2012 Jaguar XK range will be on show at Motorexpo at Canary Wharf between 6th and 12th June 2011. It will be joined by the new Jaguar XKR-S, producing 550PS and 680Nm of torque, with a top speed of 186mph. The 0-62mph time is 4.2 seconds, with a 0-100mph time of 8.6 seconds.
Both the Jaguar XK and XKR feature new slimmer headlight units with LED running lights, sitting above a larger chrome-framed oval grille, finished - in the XKR's case - in black.
A new horizontal vent and chrome blade are mounted on each wing, which give the Jaguar XK a longer and lower appearance. The rear of the car also sees new rear taillights which now utilise LED technology and a revised thinner strip which for the first time on an SK features the Jaguar leaping badge.
New trim finished and sculpted leather sports seats -also available for the first time - make up the refreshed interior.
Both convertible and coupe versions of t he Jaguar XK and XKR will be available, with the new Jaguar XKR-S coupe at the top of the range. Prices start at £65,000 for the XK coupe up to £97,000 for the Jaguar XKR-S. All models will be on sale September 2011.
