Author of Jaguar XJ220 - The Inside Story, Mike Moreton, will behosting a gathering of Jaguar enthusiasts to celebrate the recent publication of his book, in France on 14th June 2011.
The event will include a fine buffet lunch and wines, at L'Aubergeade, a restaurant in the village of Diou, near Vierzon. Mike will be available to sign books and talk about his time directing the XJ220 project.
Also at the event will be Robert and Tony Loades, Directors of Abbey panels, Coventry, the company responsible for building the aluminium bodies of the Jaguar XJ220. Robert and Tony will bring the first Jaguar XJ220 built at the Bloxham assembly plant, carrying the registration number 'XJ220'.
The cost for the event will be c.90 euros and spaces are limited to 60 places.
