The New Jaguar E-Pace

You can now place your order for the new compact Jaguar E-Pace SUV which has gone on sale priced from £28,500.

There are two key models available the Jaguar E-PACE and E-PACE R-Dynamic which are available with ‘S’, ‘SE’ and ‘HSE’ trim.

There is a choice of drivetrains with petrol and diesel engines - ranging from the petrol 2.0-litres (P250 AWD auto - 249ps and P300 AWD auto - 300ps) - through the diesel (D150 2WD manual, D150 AWD manual, D150 AWD automatic, D180 AWD manual, D180 AWD automatic and the D240 AWD automatic).

The automatic models feature a 9-Speed ZF transmission as seen on the likes of Discovery Sport.

Performance wise the petrol P300 AWD auto is capable of 0-62 mph in 6.4 seconds with a top speed limited at 151 mph. If you are looking for a more frugal F-Pace then the -D150 2WD manual promises 60.1 mpg with emissions of 124 g/km, depending on the specification,

Tthe Jaguar E-PACE R-Dynamic is the sporting model coming with sports seats with contrast stitching and a Jet Morzine headlining. Brushed stainless steel tread plates and pedals. Plus an R-Dynamic-branded steering wheel with gearshift paddles on the reverse.

On the outside, the R-Dynamic features styling details include front fog lights with a Gloss Black finish with a similar finish on the grille, rear valance and tailpipe finishers. Body-coloured wheel-arches surrounds and satin chrome highlights on the side vents and grille surrounds are unique to the� R-Dynamic models.

This will be the first production Jaguar to be built outside of the UK - for the European markets - it will be built in Austria and for the far-east in China in 2018.
