The Jaguar Academy of Sport is delighted to announce that Ryder Cup winner Ian Poulter has joined the prestigious list of names as an Ambassador of the Jaguar Academy of Sport.

Ian landed his tenth European Tour title by holding off all challengers at the recent Hong Kong Open, securing 10th position in the Official World Golf Ranking. This and his contribution to the European team's dramatic success at the Ryder Cup demonstrates the kind of performance that the Jaguar Academy of Sport hopes will inspire the next generation of sports men and women.

The Jaguar Academy of Sport aims to recognise, celebrate and inspire the very best of British sporting talent and success. This is fulfilled through a Bursary Fund, which will support Britain's upcoming sporting talent.

Poulter's enthusiasm for both golf and British Sport, along with his success over the past couple of years on the PGA and European tours, will undoubtedly inspire the next generation of golfer. He really is an ideal Ambassador for the Jaguar Academy of Sport and will be joining the exclusive list of sporting stars already signed up to the Jaguar Academy, to help recognise the Best of British sports in the UK.

The Jaguar Academy of Sport is a unique club of the best of British sport which will inspire the next generation through a prestigious annual awards ceremony and a vibrant website celebrating British sporting talent and achievement.
