Infiniti has opened the fifth Infiniti Centre in the UK in Stockport in the North West of England, serving Greater Manchester and surrounding counties.
"The Centre is in a fantastic location at the heart of a strong Infiniti demographic audience," said Richard Braithwaite, Centre Manager. "We have already sold our first car - to an ardent Lexus driver."
Infiniti Centre Stockport in located on Bailey Road in Portwood, near the M60 Stockport interchange with easy links to all motorways within the North West region.
Infiniti Stockport is on a purpose built two-acre site and exceeds all of Infiniti's requirements for Infiniti Centre design and construction. The centre benefits from light, space, natural materials and contemporary design. All Stockport staff have been specifically chosen for their passion for customer service.
Richard Braithwaite, a senior manager with Nissan dealerships in the region for the past 15 years, added: "I have followed the progress of Infiniti in Europe, and seen the momentum build. Now, to be part of it, with a fantastic new building and an elite and dedicated team is hugely exciting. We have a lot of work to do but I know the North West and I know Infiniti can do well here."
The centre is operated by Infiniti retail partner Mana Premiere Automobiles, which also runs Infiniti Centres in Birmingham and Glasgow, with Infiniti Centre Leeds nearly completed.
The opening of Infiniti Centre Stockport coincides with the launch of the Infiniti M35h featuring new generation hybrid technology, with CO2 emissions of 162g/km and combined fuel consumption of 40.4mpg. The saloon has a top speed of 155mpg and reaches 62mph from standstill in 5.5 seconds.
