Infiniti will attend its first Frankfurt Motor Show in 2011 at the start of a new six-year-growth plan.

"The Frankfurt Show is important for us because it gives us the opportunity to spell out how we are going to develop over the next six years," said Toru Saito, Corporate Vice President and leader of the Infiniti Business Unit. "We are very committed to growing our business and we will demonstrate this through the launch of many new Infiniti products and Infiniti Centres throughout Europe."

"We have never been in better shape to show the German public what we are made of," said Bernard Loire, Vice President Infiniti Europe and Middle East. "Infiniti has laid very solid foundations over the three years we have been in Europe, and now our partnerships are helping the brand become much better known."

In June 2011, Carlos Ghosn, Nissan Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, announced a target that by 2016, Infiniti will take 10 per cent of the global luxury market sectors. Infiniti will increase the number of models available as well as increase the number of Infiniti Centres, Germany and the UK will see around 40 Centres each.

Infiniti ETHEREA Concept

The German public will have their first opportunity to see the Infiniti ETHEREA concept at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Concept features hybrid power with a dynamic character and near mono-volume form at 4.4m long.

Infiniti M35h

Days after going on sale throughout Europe, the Infiniti M35h will be on show at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Infiniti's newest car, it is the first hybrid and the brand's fastest and cleanest model. The hybrid version provides 364PS from new hybrid technology, with CO2 emissions of 162g/km.

Infiniti G, EX and FX

The G37 Coupe, G37 Saloon and G37 Cabriolet will be on show in the latest updated form. The Infiniti EX coupe-crossover is available with either a petrol or diesel V6 engine. The Infiniti FX SUV is one of the brand's most popular models, with the FX50S Premium being the top seller in some markets. The Infiniti FX is available with petrol and diesel engines, with four grades and five star safety including Land Departure Prevention.

Infiniti Digital Art Competition

At the Frankfurt Motor Show, Infiniti will be showing the winning works from the brand's worldwide search for digital art pioneers in areas of music, holograms, 3-D mapping, interactive installations and virtual reality.
