J&J Motors in Swansea becomes the latest dealer to be appointed an official Hyundai agent during August, as part of a significant expansion of the company’s dealer network.
And there are few companies better qualified to represent the company in this established Hyundai area. J&J Motors has been trading in Wales for 19 years, and is a family run company with an excellent local reputation.
The company was set up by John and Jacky Plimmer (the J&J of the title) in Crosshands in 1984. They now operate from five sites, including the showrooms in Swansea and Haverfordwest.
Across all five sites, J&J Motors employs more than 85 people – including John and Jacky’s sons; Justin, John Phillip and James … just to keep that J theme going!
Shortly J&J Motors will offer full sales, aftersales and service for the expanding and highly regarded Hyundai range. Gwyn Weekes has joined J&J Motors as Aftersales Manager, bringing with him six years of Hyundai experience. He looks forward to welcoming back many of his previous customers.
The Hyundai range now includes What Car?’s Budget Car of the Year, the Getz; the exciting Coupe, and the stylish Santa Fe 4x4. And don’t forget, the Hyundai range comes with a pioneering five year, unlimited mileage, fully transferable warranty – it’s still the one to beat!
Richard Lewis, General Manager, said: "A lot of our business comes through referrals and recommendations, and our existing customers do keep coming back to us. We look forward to recommending the Hyundai range of cars to the people of Swansea, I’m sure they’ll prove a real hit."
