Hyundai is bringing even better value to the mini-MPV market from 1 February, in the shape of the highly competitive Matrix 1.6 SE.
Featuring approximately £2,000 worth of extra equipment as standard including privacy glass and a DVD multi-media system, until the end of March the Matrix 1.6 SE also includes three years’ free servicing and £1,000 off the list price – making a total saving of more than £3,000.
Prices, including the discount, are £10,995 for the Matrix 1.6 SE manual, or £11,845 for the Matrix 1.6 SE automatic. The 1.6 SE is available in two colours; solid black and mica silver.
The 1.6 SE features all the standard equipment of the 1.6 GSI, plus: the Hyundai DVD multimedia system with in-built headrest screens, privacy glass, rear spoiler with integral brake lamp, and reversing sensors.
Power is from a four cylinder 1,599cc petrol engine producing 102bhp@5800rpm, and ample torque when needed; with a figure of 141Nm/104 lbs ft @ 4500rpm.
Standard features across the Matrix range include air conditioning, anti-lock brakes, driver/passenger and side airbags, three 3-point rear seat belts, stereo RDS radio/CD player, electric front and rear windows, 15 inch alloy wheels and anti-lock brakes.
Like all models in the Hyundai range, the Matrix 1.6 SE comes with the company’s unique fully transferable, five year unlimited mileage warranty.
