The Hyundai i30 three-door will go on sale on the 24th January 2013, priced from £13,995.

The engine line-up comprises two petrol units, 1.4 litre 100PS and 1.6 litre 120PS units,  with CO2 emissions starting at 139 g/km on the ‘Classic’ model, 143 g/km ‘Active’ both 1.4 engines and 149 g/km on the 1.6 unit. The diesel engines consist of a 1.6 litre 110PS (100 g/km) and 128PS (108 g/km) units.

There will be four trim levels to start with – ‘Classic’, ‘Active’, ‘Sport’ and ‘Sport Nav’.

The entry-level i30 3-door ‘Classic’ £13,995 – one engine 1.4 100PS petrol

Equipment starts with Bluetooth connectivity with voice recognition, steering wheel audio and phone controls, LED daytime running lights, body-coloured exterior door handles, USB and AUX connections and air conditioning.

Hyundai i30 Active (£15,195 - £17,490) – with the choice of 1.4 100PS petrol or 1.6 CRDi 110PS Diesel Blue Drive

You gain 16-inch alloys, cruise control, and rear parking sensors plus a leather steering wheel and gear knob.

Hyundai i30 Sport (£16,990 - £18,990) – with the choice of 1.6 120PS petrol or 1.6 CRDi 128PS Diesel

Equipment adds 17-inch alloys, LED tail lights and privacy glass, alloy pedals, leather and cloth upholstery, dual zone climate control, automatic windscreen wipers and headlights and electrically folding door mirrors.

Hyundai i30 Sport Nav (£17,990 - £19,990) – with the choice of 1.6 120PS petrol or 1.6 CRDi 128PS Diesel

Adds a touchscreen satellite navigation system with Traffic Messaging Channel (TMC) plus a rear view parking camera with Parking Guidance System.

You can add a Panoramic Sunroof on Sport and Sport Nav models for £950. Two solid colours are available including Creamy White and Cool Red with five Metallic/Pearl options: Phantom Black, Sleek Silver, Steel Grey, Ice Blue and Aqua Blue. All Metallic/Pearl paint options are an additional £445.

A 3 Year Fixed Price Service Plan from £299 is on offer and is designed to take care of servicing costs for parts, lubricants and labour at prescribed service intervals.

Plus as with every new Hyundai you get the 5 Year Triple Care assurance package comprising a five-year unlimited mileage warranty, five years free roadside assistance and five years of vehicle health checks.
