The new Hyundai i20 Coupe will go on sale on the 26th March 2015 priced from £12,725 for the entry level, SE 1.2 Petrol (84PS) and rise to £16,400 for the Sport Nav 1.4 CRDi (90PS). The i20 coupe as with the five-door model are built at Hyundai’s Turkish manufacturing plant in Izmit.
The i20 Coupe is available in three trim levels, ‘SE’, ‘Sport’ and ‘Sport Nav’ - the SE trim starts the line up and comes with 16” alloy wheels; Bluetooth connectivity; cruise control with speed limiter; rear parking sensors; and rear spoiler as standard. Moving onto the Sport grade and you gain larger 17” alloy wheels; automatic lights; auto dimming review mirror; climate control with auto defog; and privacy glass. Where the top of the range i20 Coupe adds satellite navigation with 7” touch screen, Rear View Camera and DAB radio.
There is a choice of two engines, a 1.2-litre petrol outputting 84PS and a 1.4-litre diesel engine delivering 90PS. The petrol engine comes with a five-speed manual transmission, while the diesel comes with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard.
Unique to the Hyundai i20 Coupe is the Tangerine Orange paint finish which features a black interior with orange inserts.
Buyers of the five-door i20 can now opt for two new trim levels, ‘Premium Nav’ and ‘Premium SE Nav’ - which adds satellite navigation with 7” touchscreen, DAB radio and rear view camera to the line-up.
