Honda has released very sketchy details of the new Honda Civic Type-R which will be powered by a petrol direct injection turbocharged 2.0-litre engine, delivering around 280 PS.
It is planned to go on sale in the summer of 2015 and is still undergoing development including testing on infamous Nurburgring circuit in Germany. According Honda it will be the fastest front-wheel drive car to lap the circuit.
