Ford Unveils Fusion Plus

Bringing a higher driving position, greater road presence and extra space and practicality to the traditional small car was just the beginning for the new Ford Fusion. It is now joined by the Fusion Plus, a model that extends these strengths with innovative interior and exterior enhancements. Main features of the Fusion Plus include:

• Exterior design enhancements including unique alloy wheels, a full perimeter body kit, and a unique front grille treatment, plus privacy glass.
• An optional rear seat entertainment system with DVD, CD and MP3 capability.
• A rear-seat activity console providing up to 10.7 litres of additional stowage space, plus a 12-volt rear seat power point.
• New stowage pockets for small items: one on the front edge of driver’s seat cushion and one on the inner face of driver’s seat backrest.
• New interior fabrics and loadspace carpet with integrated protective runners.
• A choice of three engines, including the 1.4-litre 68 PS Duratorq TDCi, with new-generation common-rail diesel technology, plus available Durashift EST, Ford’s new advanced manual transmission and optional Electronic Stability Programme (ESP).
