Would-be Colin McRae's sitting on sofas across Britain playing their Playstation rally games, are about to get the chance to test their skills beyond the Ford Focus RS World Rally Car (WRC), when a bonus Ford Rally Transit appears on their screens.
In the new Colin McRae Rally 3 game, once players have succeeded in mastering several of the numerous rallies and got the hang of the Focus RS WRC, they are tantalised with the promise of driving 'bonus' vehicles including the Ford Rally Transit.
As part of the game, you get the chance to opposite lock and skid through some of the world's toughest stages, piloting the Transit over tarmac, gravel, snow, ice and rain-soaked surfaces, accompanied by the pace notes of McRae's co-driver, Nicky Grist.
The life-size version of the game's secret star is built to WRC standards with a highly tuned turbo diesel engine, roll cage, rally instruments and seats.
The Ford Transit is a perfect partner for the Colin McRae Rally 3 game, as both take the number one sales spot in Britain.
