Ford's Funky Ka Is A Sunny Delight

The brilliant Ford Ka is ready for summer this year with the return of the exclusive limited edition 'Sun Collection' to UK showrooms.

Priced from £8,495 on-the-road and based on the popular Ka Collection model, the Sun Collection adds a power-operated, full-length folding canvas roof to the already high standard specification including metallic paint, power steering, power windows stereo radio/cassette and leather steering wheel with driver's airbag.

This year's production of the Sun Collection will be limited to 1000 units, so exclusivity is guaranteed.

"The Ford Ka Sun Collection proved to be such a huge hit last year, that we couldn't miss the opportunity to bring it back again this summer", explains Brendan Lyne, brand manager for small cars, Ford Motor Company Limited. "The Ford Ka is all about having fun and Sun Collection offers buyers real wind-in-the-hair enjoyment."

The Ford Ka continues to be the best-selling car in its class, securing over 32 per cent of its segment last year. The one millionth Ka ran off the production line last month with over 54,000 Ford Kas sold in the UK last year. Almost 200,000 have been bought in the UK since launch.
