More and more Ford owners are benefiting from a new approach to vehicle servicing – the Ford Service Advice Centre. The initiative makes the process of vehicle servicing and maintenance as convenient, transparent and hassle-free as possible, at no extra cost to the customer.
A Service Advice Centre is a Ford dealership which provides a number of added-value benefits in booking and carrying out vehicle servicing and maintenance, including:
A Ford dealership must meet strict standards to qualify as a Service Advice Centre and staff must undergo special training. The initiative is rapidly gaining momentum as staff from an increasing number of Ford dealerships complete their training. There are currently 96 Service Advice Centres, representing 26 per cent of the Ford main dealer network, and it is expected that another 20 dealers will achieve accreditation by the end of the year.
Simon Psaila, Director of Ford Customer Service Division, said: "We aim to provide complete customer satisfaction and an enjoyable ownership experience, by making the process of servicing and maintenance as stress-free as possible. With that in mind, Ford Service Advice Centres provide the ultimate in customer care."
