During August 2011, Ford customers will have the opportunity to double their Nectar points balance with the latest double points offer for MOTs, servicing and non-warranty repairs at participating Ford dealers.
Four points will be given for every pound spent on servicing, non-warranty repairs and MOTs between 1st and 31st August 2011. All cars serviced during the month will also receive up to 12 months' roadside assistance - including Homestart - in the UK and Europe.
During Ford's double nectar points month in February this year, more than 42 million points were issued to customers, which is enough for almost 5000 family tickets to tourist attractions.
Last year, Ford gave away over 180 million Nectar points to customers, which can be exchanged for goods and services including groceries and holidays.
Andy Barratt, Ford's UK customer service director, said: "Summer vacations are a popular time for driving, so now is the perfect time for our customers to earn extra points while they get a holiday check-up for their car."
