A new Accident Management programme annonced by Ford, aims to help customers organise repairs at Ford Accident Repair Centres.
The programme will launch this summer, and will be provided to all new and used Ford vehicle owners in the UK, free of charge, regardless of their insurance company.
By contacting the Accident Management hotline, Ford owners can have repairs carried out at their nearest Ford Accident Repair Centre, with genuine Ford parts being fitted by Ford-trained technicians. If eligible, the customer will also be provided with a Ford courtesy car.
THe new programme is set to go live in July 2011, with Innovation Group handling calls for the Ford Accident Management helpline.
Paul McDermott, manager, Collision Repair, Ford of Britain, said: "We are pleased to be developing a fresh approach to accident management which will benefit our customers, our repair network and the insurance industry."
