Dacia will be introducing a new 1.2 litre 125hp / 205Nm petrol turbo engine to the new four-wheel-drive Duster model range.
Available with a six-speed manual gearbox the Duster TCe 125 benefits from energy-saving technologies such as Engine Stop & Start which can help reduce fuel consumption and emissions; there is also deceleration energy recuperation.
The four wheel drive system has three driving modes - it can be locked in two-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive, left in Auto mode so that the power is varied between the axles according to the surface conditions - up to a maximum ratio of 50:50 front-to-rear.
Fuel consumption, emissions and performance figures will be announced nearer to the car's launch in the UK in 2016.
