A poll of 6,000 UK consumers has revealed that BMW drivers receive the best levels of customer service compared to any other car manufacturer.
The survey, conducted by Carlson Marketing - one of the 10 largest marketing services agencies in the world - assessed the perception of BMW against its competitors throughout 2005. At the same time, it also compared BMW against approximately 100 companies from four other industry sectors - travel and leisure, financial services, retail and FMCG, and telecoms.
In addition to the praise heaped upon BMW and its dealers, BMW was also voted the car manufacturer with the best website and given a top three placing for brand image and loyalty initiative.
