BMW ALPINA Roadster S
More is Now Less

ALPINA GB announce lower OTR prices and enhanced equipment levels for the exciting BMW Z4-based two seater convertible.

Strong performance comes courtesy of the 300bhp available at 6300rpm and the ROADSTER S’ low kerb weight of 1320kg. Together they yield a 0-62mph sprint time of just 5.3 seconds and a top speed of 165mph.

Newly accessible pricing of the Roadster will do little to diminish the exclusivity of the ALPINA marque on British roads. Production of the entire range, including ultra-high performance derivatives of BMW 3 series Coupe and Convertible plus 5 and 7 Series Saloons, remains restricted to about 120 cars in the UK in 2005.

Developed in a unique collaboration with BMW, ALPINA power units are hand built in Buchloe and transported to Munich with specifically engineered ALPINA handling components and accessories, for assembly by BMW as complete ALPINA cars and marketed in the UK with a BMW 2 year new car warranty.

The BMW ALPINA Roadster range starts at £37,850 mrrp OTR, and standard specification includes:

Economy & Environment

Fuel consumption is commensurate with the performance level of the ROADSTER S with a combined figure of 28.5mpg (Urban 18.6mpg, Extra-Urban 40.9mpg). The CO2 combined emission value is 238g/km.

ALPINA GB, part of the Sytner Group, has been the sole BMW agent for ALPINA since 1983. ALPINA has worked closely with BMW since 1961, with shared warranty coverage since 1964. ALPINA were registered as an automobile manufacturer to ISO standards in 1983.
