Following on from the BMW 6 Series Coupe and Convertible we now have the 6 Series Gran Coupe.
The rear passenger friendly BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe features four-doors, a first for a BMW Coupe and has an auxiliary third seat (4+1 seating).
The BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe will be the first model to be offered with BMW’s new 450hp V8 TwinPower Turbo petrol engine with EfficientDynamics technology as standard. The BMW 650i like both of the 6-cylinder offerings (640i and the diesel 640d), is equipped with an eight-speed Sport automatic transmission, the Auto Start Stop function and the Driving Experience button including ECO PRO Mode, and it accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in 4.6 seconds with an average fuel consumption circa 26 mpg.
Standard equipment will include a choice of leather upholstery and trim, electric seat adjustment with memory function for the front seats, automatic air conditioning with 2-zone regulation, Xenon headlights and the BMW radio Professional with hi-fi speaker system.
Adaptive LED Headlights and the Bang & Olufsen High-End Surround Sound System will be on the options list.
At this stage we do not know when the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe is coming to the UK or prices (engine line-up and specs may change).
