With the BMW ActiveE, BMW is underlining its consistent development work in the field of electric mobility within the framework of project i. The information which has been gained from field tests with the BMW ActiveE will be used to further develop the BMW Group’s future Megacity Vehicle, which will be ready for series production in the year 2013. The BMW ActiveE is powered by a 125 kW/170 bhp electric motor.
