Team members of the prestigious Bentley dealership, Broughtons of Surrey, are celebrating the double success of their colleague Andrew Oxton. The high-flying parts manager has not only secured a major national award from the iconic British marque, but he has also been promoted to a select club Bentley reserves for its leading European performers.
Andrew, who joined the Broughtons of Surrey team just two years ago, was ranked amongst the top three dealership team members by Bentley last year for his innovative sales and marketing work and he led the way in introducing his customers to an advanced vehicle tracking security system during 2005.
The Surrey man, based at Broughtons showroom in Byfleet, beat-off stiff competition from Bentley dealership staff at 21 locations across the country. Richard Law, General Manager of Broughtons of Surrey said:
"We’re extremely proud of Andrew’s achievements. He was competing against some very experienced individuals and as you would also expect, Bentley’s own standards are always exceptionally high. However, everyone was confident our colleague would do well because he combines excellent technical knowledge with the vital ability to understand each one of our customer’s needs."
Andrew’s impressive track record during the last two years has also earned him the right to test his abilities against leading Bentley professionals across Europe. Andrew comments:
"I am definitely looking forward to representing Broughtons at the highest level and I will continue to work extremely hard to make sure the Parts Department offers our customers the best possible service and advice.
"I am very passionate about working with Bentley, especially the new Continental Flying Spur and the Continental GT. It’s really satisfying when you find the ideal accessory for a customer or track down a perfect replacement part for one of the older models."
