Changes at Michael Powles offer even more for Bentley customers in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
Just months after being acquired by European Motor Holdings (EMH), the official Bentley dealer for Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire Michael Powles Ltd in Norwich, is heading for its most successful year ever.
“Michael Powles offers traditional service with a very personal touch that has evolved through its history as a family-owned business,” said general manager, Patrick Sneezum. “EMH ownership allows us to build on the excellent existing service and it’s already paying off, with 2005 likely to be our best ever year.”
Michael Powles is very much part of Norwich life with many local events, including the Norfolk Show, supported by the dealership. Fifteen highly-trained people from the local area are employed at the Duke Street showroom and service facility. Significantly it enjoys great staff loyalty, with several members of the team having worked with the dealership since its original opening over 10 years ago.
Sneezum continued: “One of the first benefits of EMH ownership is that our customers have access to a much larger stock and choice of Bentley Approved pre-owned Bentleys and other prestige used cars.”
Appointed earlier this year, Norfolk-born Patrick lives with his family in Norwich. The new EMH management and Patrick’s appointment, combined with the arrival of the superb Bentley Continental GT and new Continental Flying Spur mean the prestigious dealership has welcomed many new customers this year. Patrick’s team is already looking forward to the arrival of the new Azure and Continental GTC convertible in 2006.
“We have some of the fastest, most luxurious and glamorous cars available, so whatever your Bentley requirement, be it new, Bentley Approved, service or parts, you are guaranteed a warm welcome at Michael Powles.”
